On this episode, we sit down with Investigative Journalist and Miwok  Activist Desiree Kane. We discuss her 8-month call to action at Standing Rock, where she coordinated everything from activist guidelines and media protocol to security. Her travels around the world documenting humanity in a very unique and honest way has gotten her works published in many news outlets such as Alt-Weeklies and Vice. Desiree is an inspiration to women and Native people. We hope you enjoy this show as much as we do and get inspired to protect the Earth.
